Our Goal

Due to the harsh conditions that compressor cylinders are exposed to with being oversized, worn, and out-of-round, it can restrict your compressors of their ability to provide the optimal supply of product. In order to optimize the performance of your compressors, this can be done by restoring your cylinders to their original size. This can also be achieved through cleaning of the cylinder cooling water cavities as well as reclaiming of all sealing surfaces.

Inspection

Each cylinder goes through an extensive inspection when it arrives at our facility to insure it is structurely sound and to provide an accurate assesment of the repairs needed.

With the experience and know-how of our multi-craft technicians, we will make the necessary recommendations to provide the best repair available in the market today.

Replacement Cylinders

Due to the harsh environments that compressor cylinders can often be exposed to, the need may arise which requires that the cylinder be replaced. The need to replace may be driven by normal wear, unit upset, change in process conditions, or the need to meet API-618 requirements.

No matter the need, we can furnish the replacement cylinder with both proven surplus or new to meet the time frame required.
